Sales as Change Management

No role play. No shaming or intimidation. No acronyms. Creative training with guaranteed take away skills is a promise.

Who is the course aimed at?

Like all Silent Sales training, this course is useful for anyone involved in a sales or marketing role. But the core of this training course designed to help Sales Executives, Sales Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers and business owners who conduct their own sales activities. So even if you’re completely new to sales, or a seasoned sales professional, this modern approach to selling will be a huge eye opener and if adopted, will make a big impact into how you view your prospects and customers and the results you’ll achieve.

How is the training delivered?

Usually the sessions are delivered in person but can be delivered over an online meeting platform such as Zoom and will be slightly adapted. The style is professional but informal and largely story-based and the mix is approximately 75% presentation and 25% delegate involvement. The session can also be delivered as 100% presentation if preferred.

What sort of things are covered in this training?

You can expect the following areas to be covered: -

  • What is change?

  • Understanding the barriers to change

  • Challenging a paradigm

  • Unpicking the “now”

  • Painting a picture of a future vision

  • Mapping the path forward

  • Stakeholder classification and engagement

  • Ensuring your clients don’t revert back to type

  • Obtaining “buy in”

  • Tackling Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt

  • Q&A and agreed actions

  • Post training follow up call with each delegate to check on progress and offer additional advice

How long is this training session?

It can be tailored to suit your requirements and will slightly depend on the number of delegates but typically an in person session will take around 2 hours with a break - but it also depends on how many questions and involvement there is from the group.

What is required in the meeting room (where applicable)?

Ideally there would be a web connection and somewhere for a laptop to connect to a screen. If you don’t have this then we can discuss in advance and figure it out. Delegates will be encouraged to also use their mobile phones to take part in live surveys and feedback throughout.

Is there a maximum number of delegates per session?

I’d suggest no more than 8 (unless you opt for a 100% presentation style for a keynote or Sales meeting session where there is no limit) as this means that everyone can get involved and get the most out of the session. But equally, the session can be delivered one on one.

Is it certified?

Attendees will be issued with a certificate of attendance by email after the event which is valid for 3 years. There is no “pass or fail” but the style of Silent Sales training is to check delegates understanding throughout the sessions. Each delegate will also get a follow up call from Silent Sales on their commitment to trying out their techniques.

What is the price?

I don’t publish this online (my competitors need to work harder than that!) but I have a rate card I can send you on request.
